Under the direction of our attending physician, an individualized acute care rehab services and services plan is developed for each resident, with the goals of resuming their former lifestyles, improving quality-of-life and achieving and maintaining independence. Gateway offers private and semi-private accommodations, and is Medicare/Medicaid certified.

Our specialists develop rehabilitation programs tailored to each resident’s individual needs, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. On-site healthcare & rehab services services for our intermediate and skilled nursing care residents include:
